Blake’s Car Rental of Guam has been in business for 16 years and specializes in vehicle rental and auto detailing. It is owned and managed by William F. and Nelpha G. Blakeslee. As far back as the 1980’s, Mr. Blakeslee worked for Triple J Motors, selling and managing the auto dealership for Bob and Jeff Jones. In 1994, they decided to help a friend by starting a car rental business. Their initial six cars has grown to over 80 vehicles.
